Lorraine (Petrie) Marcolini. It is with profound sadness the family shares the news of her passing on Saturday, April 18th, 2020. Born January 22nd, 1933 in Pine Falls Manitoba, Canada.

Lorraine married the love of her life Edward A Marcolini, predeceased in 1999. Married September 19th 1953, she moved to Niagara Falls, New York where she resided until her passing. Lorraine was an active community member, in her younger years while raising her children she was a boy scout leader, a girl scout leader and the first block parent in the county. She loved music and dancing with Eddie. Lorraine worked for Super Duper and Tops Market as a deli clerk until she retired. Her hobbies included playing cards, doing crosswords, reading and bingo.

Lorraine is survived by her four children Raymond (Gina) Marcolini, Robert (Mary Lynn) Marcolini, Renee (Kevin) Sorci, Rochelle (Ernesto) Di Iorio. Lorraine also leaves behind her deeply loved grandchildren Nicole, David, Tricia, Christy Jo, Nicholas, Deanna, Joshua and Lucas; her beloved great grandchildren Francesca and Tessa Marie; one brother, Roy Petrie of Vernon British Columbia and one sister Bertha Pasieka of Winnipeg, Manitoba, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Lorraine was predeceased by one brother and six sisters.

The family would like to thank the staff at Schoellkopf Health Center for caring for our mother. Due to recent circumstances, funeral services with interment to follow at her final resting place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery will be held private for the family.
