Louis C. Barone, 92, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on April 7, 2021 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Luigi and Vincenza Barone.

On June 4, 1949, Louis married Rosa M. 'Mae' (Dewberry) Barone at Sacred Heart Church in Niagara Falls, NY.  Mrs. Barone predeceased him on September 3, 2017 after 68 years of marriage.  Louis was employed for 27 years as a foreman for Kimberly Clark (later Nitech) and later at Niagara Falls Housing Authority as a Maintenance Supervisor until his retirement in 1990.  He was an avid fan of baseball, especially the New York Yankees.  He enjoyed cooking and gardening, and will be remembered for his handiness, as he was a jack of all trades.  Above all, he cherished his family, as they meant everything to him.

Louis is survived by his four children, Gary (Linda) Barone, Linda (Fred) Fagyas, Paul Barone and Kimberly (John) Ferriter, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by seven brothers and two sisters.
