Luke A. Nichols, 15, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away at his residence on September 23, 2024.  Born in Lewiston, NY, he was the son of Michael J. and Lisa M. (Boos) Nichols.

Luke was currently in 10th grade at Niagara Falls High School.  He was a former Cub Scout and Boy Scout, and played baseball at Hyde Park Little League and soccer at Niagara PAL. Luke was a devout Catholic who received his sacraments and formerly served as an Altar Server at Divine Mercy Parish.  He enjoyed taking kickboxing classes with his brother, watching the UFC, football and boxing, playing video games and spending time on his computer.  Luke also loved camping with his family. A very intelligent young man, Luke was also very funny and will be remembered as a jokester.  He loved his 2 dogs, Jack and Lucky. Above all, he cherished being with his family.

In addition to his parents, Luke is survived by his siblings, Amara Nichols, Michael Nichols II, Eric Nichols, and Grace Nichols; his nephew, Gabriel Smith, his grandfather, Walter R. 'Walt' (late Carol) Nichols, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  In addition to his grandma Carol, Luke was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Lorraine Wickett and George Boos, Sr., as well as his cousin Deanna Boos.

Private visitation followed by Luke's Mass of Christian Burial at Divine Mercy Parish with interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery will be held privately for Luke's family.
