Marcia E. (Eberhart) De Rubeis, 87, of the Town on Niagara, NY, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2024 surrounded by her family under the care of Niagara Hospice.  Born August 8, 1937, in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late George P. and Isabelle E. 'Nettie' (Wackett) Eberhart.

Marcia was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School.  On February 27, 1954, she married Silvio G. De Rubeis at Sacred Heart Church in Niagara Falls, NY.  Throughout the years, Marcia was employed at New York Telephone Company from 1956 to 1959, Wendt's Dairy from 1960 to 1966, with the City of Niagara Falls from 1971 to 1974, and Nitec Paper Company from 1975 to 1981.  Most recently, she was employed with Niagara Development and Manufacturing as a Traffic Manager from 1983 until her retirement in 1998.

Marcia enjoyed cooking and going to the casino.  More than anything, she cherished the time she spent with her beloved family.

In addition to her husband of 70 years, Marcia is survived by her son, Silvio G. (Francine) De Rubeis II; her grandchildren, Maria (Scott VeRost) Knoebel and Silvio G. (Becky) De Rubeis; her great-granddaughters, Olivia and Gabriella Knoebel, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was predeceased by her siblings, Margot (late Ed) Kasczyki, Lucille Pecoraro, and George L. Eberhart.
