Margaret "Peggy" Bell, 84, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 26, 2021 in Niagara Hospice House. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Gullispi) Leggett; and beloved wife of the late Percy Bell.

Peggy was raised in Niagara Falls where she attended St. Mary's School. She enjoyed spending time with her friends at Knac's Restaurant, as well as Augie's Diner. She also took great pride in having her independence during her elderly years, and enjoyed being with her family.

Peggy is survived by her children, Brian (Carol) Bell, David Bell, and John Bell; her sisters, Anne (late Edward) Pearce and Irma Leggett; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by eight siblings.

Peggy's Memorial Service will be on Sunday, August 29 at 1:30 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL. Interment will be held in Riverdale Cemetery, Lewiston, NY at a later date. Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences.
