Maria (Rizzo) Kowalski, 52, of Niagara Falls, New York, loving wife of Richard A. Farnham, SR entered into rest Thursday, October 20, 2016 At Buffalo General Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Niagara Falls, New York she was the daughter of the late Salvatore J. and Antoinette M. (Destino) Rizzo.

Maria lived all of her life in Niagara Falls, NY. She attended local schools and graduated from the former Trott Vocational High School, Niagara Falls, NY. Maria worked as an accountant for various companies in the area and as a secretary for Cataract Metal Finishing, Niagara Falls, NY. During her spare time she enjoyed playing bingo, cooking and spending time with her loving family.

In addition to her husband, Maria is survived by her children, Winston C. (Melissa) (Kowalski) Kozma and Molly K. Kowalski; stepchildren, Richard A. Farnham, Jr, Derek E. Farnham, Michael F. Farnham and Scott A. (Rachel) Farnham; sisters, Joann (John) Larratta and Rose (Wayne) Rivers; step grandchildren, Logan and Brooke; niece and nephew, Amber (Nick) Rodriguez and John Larratta.

There will be no prior visitation. A Private Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
