Marie P. (Colosi) Klimeczko, 67, of Niagara Falls, NY died on Tuesday October 19, 2010 at N.F. Memorial Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Russell R. and Rubina "Ruby" M. (Polaster) Colosi.

Marie was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY and attended local schools. On September 6, 1969 she married Stanley J. Klimeczko, Jr. at Our Lady of the Rosary Church in Niagara Falls, NY. Marie was employed as a legal secretary at Gellman and Gellman Attorneys at Law in Niagara Falls, NY and later as a secretary for the Niagara Falls Board of Education until she retired. Marie was formerly active with the Cub Scouts at St. John De LaSalle Church in Niagara Falls, enjoyed designing floral arrangements and loved hosting holiday gatherings especially for the 4th of July and Christmas. But most of all Marie's life was centered on her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Marie is survived by two sons Stanley J. Klimeczko III of New York City and Robert R. (Caroline) Klimeczko of Holliston, MA; two grandchildren Kayleigh Marie and Ryan Robert Klimeczko, one sister Katherine M. Colosi of Niagara Falls, NY; one brother Richard J. (Cecilia) Colosi of Canandaigua, NY and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister-in-law of Michael J. (Vasa) Klimeczko of Farmington, NY and Mary Ann Campanella of Niagara Falls, NY. She was predeceased by her brother-in-law Leon M. Klimeczko.

Friends may call on Thursday from 4 – 8 p.m. at the M.J.COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will begin on Friday October 22nd at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Vincent DePaul Parish at Prince of Peace Church, 1055 North Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. Entombment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.
