Marie F. (Hall) Riffe, 94, of Lewiston, NY, passed away Sunday December 18, 2011 at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Born and educated in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Mary F. (Enright) Hall.

Marie was the first switchboard operator for the New York State Power Authority in Lewiston and retired in 1979. Following her retirement she resided in Florida with her husband Paul J. Riffe, for a number of years. Mr. Riffe predeceased her in 1996. Marie recently moved back to Lewiston to reside with her daughter.

Marie is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth (Dr. Gerald) Canali of Lewiston, NY and Patricia McDonald of Florida; four grandchildren Jason Sebring, Esq. , John Sebring III, Jeffrey Harvey, and Michael Harvey. She was predeceased by her brother, Herbert J. Hall.
