Obituary
Mark J. Proctor, 53, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Buffalo General Hospital. Born in Harlem, NY he was the son of the late James and Barbara (Frier) Proctor.
Mark attended school in Brentwood, NY and on August 6, 1994 he married Irene (Arroyo) Proctor in Babylon, NY. He owned and operated My Private Chauffer, a livery service located in the New York city area . He loved boating and being in the water. He also enjoyed traveling and driving, particularly long road trips.
In addition to his wife, Mark is survived by one stepson Leo Cortez of Niagara Falls, NY; several siblings, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Saturday, February 21st from 1 – 5 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY followed by a funeral service at 5 p.m.
