Mark Roundtree, Sr., 48, of Middleport, NY, passed away on August 17, 2024 at Comprehensive Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Williamsville, NY after a courageous 23-year battle with Multiple Sclerosis.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late James and Inez (Seifert) Roundtree.

Mark was a proud graduate of Niagara Falls High School and furthered his education at Niagara County Community College. Before his illness, Mark was employed for three years at Sherwood Industries in Lockport, NY, where he excelled as a Tool and Parts Calibrator. He was passionate about customizing and working on cars and found great joy in listening to rap music, with a special fondness for 2Pac. An ardent supporter of the Buffalo Bills, Mark's love for the team was matched only by his love for his family. He will be remembered most for his sharp sense of humor, his kind-hearted nature, and his unwavering willingness to help others. Above all, Mark cherished his children and family, always striving to provide for them in any way he could.

Mark is survived by his children, Miana Duvoe Roundtree, Corena Bassham, and Mark Roundtree, Jr. (fiancée Chelsea Smith); his beloved grandchildren; his siblings, Terry Booze, Theresa Englesson, TT Stephan (Celestine) Booze, David Roundtree, Michael Roundtree, Duane Roundtree, Tyrone (Colana) Roundtree, Dorrain Roundtree, James Roundtree, Jr., Dale (Evelyn) Roundtree, Saleem Roundtree, Telnel Roundtree, Miriam Roundtree, Salome (Mariatu) Roundtree, Simeon Roundtree, and Aneesa Roundtree along with a large extended family of nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his sister, Debra Roundtree, and brother, Sidney Booze.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 26, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, located at 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304.
