Martin Adams, Jr., of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on August 26, 2019 at South Buffalo Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, NY surrounded by his children and grandchildren.  Born on November 12, 1930, he was the son of the late Martin, Sr. and Mary (Maniurski) Adams.

Martin made Niagara Falls his lifelong home and married Marlene Adams on October 23, 1948.  Their marriage spanned 70 years until Mrs. Adams predeceased him on April 10, 2019.  Martin built a distinguished 42-year professional career with the John W. Danforth Company until his retirement in 1992.  He was a member of the Plumber and Steamfitter Local #22 Union.  Martin and his wife enjoyed many years as members of the Niagara River Yacht Club and LaSalle Yacht Club, where he served as Secretary-Treasurer.  When not boating, Martin enjoyed cooking, traveling and spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mr. Adams is survived by his beloved children, Martin III, Michael (Trisha), Marla, Matthew (Ann Marie) and Melissa (Howie); his grandchildren, Michael, Jr. (Rachel), Jennifer (Sal IV), Andrea, Jason, Jessica (Mike), Danielle (Brian), Amanda (David), Melanie, Sarah, Madison (James), Spencer and Sydney, as well as eight great-grandchildren, Angel, Alaynah, Salvatore V, Abby, Amelia, Zachary, Giovanni, and Kevin, Jr.  In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by his son, Mitchel, his granddaughter, Katie, and his siblings, John Adams and Helen Pieroni.
