Mary Louise Cusick, 80, of the Tuscarora Indian Reservation, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 29, 2015 at O.L.P Nursing Care Residence in Lewiston, NY. Born in Philipsburg, PA she was the daughter of the late Carl and Minnie (Banks) Litten.
Mary attended local schools in Philipsburg, PA and moved to the Niagara Falls area with her family as a child. On November 19, 1965, she married Webster Cusick, who predeceased her on May 6, 2001. She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed going to the casino. Mary also enjoyed dancing and spending time with her loving family.
Mary Louise is survived by seven children, Charles "Jimmy" (Nita) Hoy, Terry Hoy, Robert "Bob" (Diane) Hoy, Mary Ann (Oka) Hoy, Annette (Jim Kitnert) Hoy, Candace "Candy" (late Dino Printup) Cusick, Adrian (Karrie) Cusick, and was predeceased by one son Webster "Webby" Cusick. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, as well as four siblings Carl (Joan) Litten, Betty Anthony, Lillian Elmore and Alice Hughes; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mary was also predeceased by her sister Edna Bailor.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 2nd from 4 – 7 P.M. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY where funeral services will follow at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Walter Printup officiating. Interment in Mt. Hope Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.
