Mary Rose (McConnaghy) Dudek, 73, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY died on Thursday January 5, 2012 in Tennessee. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Francis Xavier and Rose (Guady) McConnaghy.

Mary Rose was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY until she and her husband moved to Tennessee in the mid 1980's. She was a devout Catholic and active member of St. Rose of Lima's Catholic Church in Murfressboro, TN.

Mrs. Dudek is survived by her husband of fifty three years, Richard, five children Stephen (Sue) Dudek, Mark Dudek both of Virginia, William Dudek of Arizona, James (Melissa) Dudek of Tennessee and Barbara (Kevin) Bliss of Illinois; six grandchildren, one brother Ronald (Marie) McConnaghy of Niagara Falls, NY and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two brothers David McConnaghy and Michael McConnaghy.

Visitation will be on Saturday January 28th from 8:30 – 9:45 a.m. at the M.J.COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will begin at 9:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Vincent DePaul at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Robert Hughson officiating. Interment in St. Joseph Church, Niagara Falls, NY. Memorial offerings may be made to St. Rose of Lima's Catholic Church School Fund, 1601 North Tennessee Boulevard, Murfreesboro, TN 37130.
