Mary G. Filocamo, 84, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 8, 2014 in her home. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Patricia (Scrufari) Filocamo.

Mary was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY and attended local schools. She was employed by the Carborundum Corp. Accounting Division in Niagara Falls for forty years. Mary was devoted to her family as they were to her.

Mary is survived by one brother Peter A. (Deborah) Filocamo of Amherst, NY; an aunt Betty (late Peter) Scrufari of Niagara Falls, NY, and is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Lillian (late Bruce) Myers and Janice Finaldi; one brother, A. Robert (Gloria of Lewiston, NY) Filocamo; and her aunt Laura (late Patrick) Penque.

Visitation will be on Monday from 4 – 8 PM at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will begin on Tuesday, May 13th at 9:15 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 27th Street and Independence Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Duane R. Klizek officiating. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Holy Family of Jesus, Mary & Joseph for Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14301.
