Mary D. (Cusumano) Laurenzi, 91 formerly of Niagara Falls, and Lewiston, NY died on Sunday March 15, 2009 at Odyssey Harbor House in LasVegas, NV. Born in Old Forge, PA she was the daughter of the late John and Rose (Scioscia) Cusumano.

Mary attended schools in Pennsylvania and worked at the Duchess Lingerie in Old Forge, PA from 1932 until 1940. On August 17, 1940 she married Peter A. "Pennsey Pete" Laurenzi in Old Forge, PA and shortly after they moved to the Niagara Falls area. Mr. Laurenzi predeceased her on March 15, 2001. Mary was employed as a cashier at the former Great Bear Market in Niagara Falls for fifteen years. In 2003 she moved to Henderson, NV where she currently resided.

Mrs. Laurenzi is survived by one daughter Ann Marie (David P.) Reele of Henderson, NV; one son Philip (Carol) Laurenzi of Lewiston, NY; five grandchildren David M. (Susan) Reele, Maria Reele-Adam, Philip (Colleen) Laurenzi, Peter (Teresa) Reele and Joseph Laurenzi, six great grandchildren Sarah (David) Collins, Samantha Reele, John Robert Adam, Mallory Adam, Isabella Reele and Alex Laurenzi, one sister Anne Giglio of Old Forge, PA; her sister-in-law Norma Viscomi of Niagara Falls, NY and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by five sisters and two brothers Agatha Galassi, Angeline Giglio, Kenneth Cusumano, Carmela Licciardone, Vito (Lillian of Old Forge, PA) Cusumano, Fanny Dalassandro and Eva Cusumano.

There will be no prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday March 21st at 12:30 p.m. in Divine Mercy Church, 2437 Niagara Street, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Jacek Mazur officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Interment will be held in Gate of Heaven Cemetery Lewiston, NY.
