Mary C. Micale, 84, of Lewiston, NY passed away on Friday January 27, 2012 at Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence in Lewiston. She was the daughter of the late Peter and Antoinette (Bruno) Micale.

Born in Niagara Falls, NY, Mary attended local schools. Mary was an active parishioner of Prince of Peace Church in Niagara Falls. She also enjoyed needlework, tending her flower garden, and taking care of her dogs.

Mary is survived by a sister Petrina "Pat" (Clinton) Brockway and a brother Frank (Rose) Micale and was predeceased by a sister Angeline (late Matthew) Buchalski. She was the aunt of Daniel (Dana) Brockway, David (Mary) Brockway, Annette (Christopher) Piscarcik, Peter (Maria) Micale, Theresa Sandonato, Anthony (Christine) Micale, Michael (Rachel) Micale, James (Debbie) Buchalski, and Ronald (Brenya) Buchalski, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation will be on Monday from 4 – 8 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY RD. NIAGARA FALLS, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday January 31st at 10:00 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Parish at Prince of Peace Church, 1055 N. Military Rd. Niagara Falls, NY.
