Mary A. Rausa, 89, of Niagara Falls, NY died on Sunday June 20, 2010 at Elderwood Healthcare at Crestwood in Wheatfield, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Charles and Josephine (Oliveri) Rausa.

Mary was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY and attended local schools. She worked in the packing department of the former Nabisco Shredded Wheat Co. in Niagara Falls and retired in the mid 1980's after more than forty years of service. She was a longtime member of St. Joseph Church in Niagara Falls. Mary enjoyed traveling.

Mary was predeceased by one brother Charles Rausa and one sister Anne Aleo. She is survived by her nephew Charles (Marie) Rausa of Phoenix, AZ and her great nephew Charles (Peggy) Rausa of Cheektowaga.

There will be no prior visitation. Everyone is invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday June 24th at 10 a.m. in Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph parish at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Duane Klizek officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.
