Mary R. Vendetti, 87, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY died on Friday May 1, 2009 at Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence in Lewiston, NY. Born in Italy she was the daughter of the late Donato and Angelina (Forcucci) Venditti.

Mary came to Niagara Falls as a child with her family and attended local schools. She was employed at E.I. DuPont Company in Niagara Falls, NY for forty three years until her retirement in the mid 1980's. Most important to Mary were her family and her Catholic faith which she centered her life around. She was very knowledgeable and familiar in many different dialects of the Italian language.

Mary is survived by three brothers Dominic (late Maxine) Vendetti of Pensicola, FL; Daniel (Sandra) Venditti of Burlington, VT and Ernest (Lisa) Vendetti of Lewiston, NY and was predeceased by one brother Patsy (Carmella of Niagara Falls, NY) Venditti. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
