Maryjo Phillips, 63, of North Tonawanda, NY, passed away on September 25, 2022 at her residence.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Josephine (Pope) Berti.

Maryjo was a graduate of Lewiston-Porter High School, and later earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Canisius College.  On October 23, 1982, she married Daniel S. Phillips at St. Joseph Church in Niagara Falls.  She was employed for 10 years as a Teller with Marine Midland Bank in Niagara Falls, and worked for the past 30 years in Retail Sales at the Fragrance Outlet in the Factory Outlet Mall.

Maryjo cherished her quality conversations with close friends and family. She was always quick to offer support and guidance to anyone who needed it. She loved shopping and fashion, especially jewelry, shoes and handbags. She was extremely generous and enjoyed giving gifts to anyone and everyone. Above all, Maryjo was happiest when spending time with her family and closest friends.

In addition to her husband of 40 years, Maryjo is survived by her children, Michael (Kendra) Phillips and Jacquie Phillips; her granddaughters, Natalie and Kylie Phillips; her siblings, Michael (Adele) Berti and Margaret (Thomas) Kirsch; her nieces and nephews, Angelo (Angela) Berti, NFPD, Linda (Jesse) Reiter, BFD, Maryjo (Joel) Erway, Monica (Cragg) Chaffee, Kerri (Scott) Duntley and Courtney (Jeff) Kelchlin, her sister-in-law, Mickey (Terry) Pils, as well as several great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 28 from 3 – 7 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304, where funeral services will begin on Thursday at 10:15 AM, followed by Maryjo's Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Parish at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14304.  Entombment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the American Cancer Society, donate.cancer.org/ .  Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences.
