Massimina "Mary" (Pasetto) Dicenzo, 93, of Niagara Falls, NY died on Sunday October 4, 2009 at Niagara Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
Mary was born in Rome, Italy and immigrated to the United States with her family at the age of three. She married Joseph Dicenzo in New York City and shortly after they came to Niagara Falls, NY where she lived until the present time. Mr. Dicenzo predeceased her on September 11, 1993. Mary worked as a hairdresser at various shops in Niagara Falls as well as owning the former Beauty Fair in Niagara Falls until retiring in 1980. She was an excellent baker, cook and pastry chef.
Mrs. Dicenzo is survived by her daughter Angela (Emedio) Mariano of the Town of Niagara, NY; three grandchildren Sandra (James) Bordonaro, Adrienne (Charles) McDonough, Leo (Helen) Senese and was predeceased by one grandson Paul (Tracy) Senese, PhD. She is also survived by four great grandsons, Peter and Daniel Bordonaro, Domenic and Steven Senese.
There will be no prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Thursday October 8th at 11:30 a.m. at St. Vincent DePaul Parish at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, with Rev.
