Michael Bobby, 83, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 17, 2022. Born in Barnesboro, PA, he was the son of the late Peter and Anna (Sejkanich) Bobby.

Michael was raised in Pennsylvania where he graduated from Northern Cambria High School. Following his discharge from the United States Navy, he moved to Niagara Falls.

Mike served the community as a Niagara Falls Firefighter for many years prior to retiring in 1996. He also owned and operated Michael's Remolding specializing in carpentry work.

After retirement, Mike took great pride in moving his mother to Niagara Falls, where he gave her the utmost care and devotion until her passing. He centered his life around his family and cherished the time spent with his grandsons, Joseph and Anthony.

Mike was an avid fisherman and enjoyed fishing with his good buddy, Jim, throughout Lake Ontario and Lake Erie. He was a jack of all trades and could frequently be found working in the woodshop of his garage. Mike also enjoyed spending time in the Southern Tier with friends and family.

Mr. Bobby is survived by his children, Michelle (Peter) Tardibuono and Raymond Simpson; his grandchildren, Joseph Tardibuono (Leeanne) and Anthony Tardibuono (fiancé Sarah); his brother Ronald Bobby and nephew, Ronald (Michelle) Bobby Jr., as well as several beloved cousins and family. Michael was predeceased by former wife Marion "Terry" Bobby.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 21 from 5 – 7 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where services will follow at 7:00 P.M.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 29 at 11:00 AM in Michael's hometown of Barnesboro, PA, at St John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, 719 Chestnut Ave, Barnesboro, PA 15714.
