Michael F. Easterly, 58 of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Saturday June 12, 2010 in Kenmore Mercy Hospital following a brief illness. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Jack and Valera (Patterson) Easterly.

Michael was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, and attended local schools including the former LaSalle Senior High School. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal and Vietnam Service Medal. For thirty five years, Mike was employed at National Vacuum, formerly Wizard Method in Niagara Falls, NY. He was a member and former secretary of the Embassy Club and volunteer for the CP Recreational Bowling Group. Mike had a passion for riding his motorcycle, and also enjoyed fishing, bowling and golf.

Michael is survived by his wife of twenty two years, Elizabeth A. (Incorvia) Easterly, three children, Michael Easterly, Stephen Easterly both of North Tonawanda, NY, Kelly Beckwith of Niagara Falls, NY, two brothers, Jack (Kelly) Easterly, Ronald Easterly both of Niagara Falls, NY, one sister Darleen (Nelson) Baker of Batavia, NY, and was predeceased by one sister Carol D'Amico. He is also survived by his godparents, Joseph and Dolores Ligammare and Tina Ligammare, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 3-8 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI AND SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL 2730 MILITARY ROAD NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will begin on Tuesday June 15th at 9:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph Parish at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church 27th Street and Independence Ave. Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Duane Klizek officiating. Entombment with Military Honors will be held in St. Joseph's Cemetery Niagara Falls, NY.
