Michael W. Pippard, 73, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021. Born in Niagara Falls, he was the son of the late Vincent H. and Betty R. (Laraba) Pippard.

Mike was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls where he attended local schools. He was an excellent pool and baseball player, and continued to play competitive softball well into his adult years. He was a drag racing enthusiast and took much pride in building his own race car. Mike also enjoyed refereeing ice hockey locally. Above all, he enjoyed to spend time with his family, especially with his daughter Rachael Vail.

In addition to his daughter, Mr. Pippard is survived by his siblings, Deborah (Lawrence) Lipniarski, William Pippard, Pamela (late Randy) Cole, Terrie (Michael) Kumm and Elizabeth (Leo) Benevento, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by one brother, Vincent Pippard.
