Michael D. Wilson, Sr. 57 of Niagara Falls, NY entered into rest on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.  Born December 6, 1960 in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of the late Charles and Barbara (Bennette) Wilson.

Michael was raised in Niagara Falls and attended local schools. He proudly served for the United States Marine Corps for several years.  On November 14, 1987 he married the former Karen Dixon and they recently celebrated 31 years of marriage.  Michael worked as a chef for Millie's Buffet of Niagara Falls and Four Points Sheraton.  He also worked for Capitol Cleaners of Niagara Falls.  In addition to spending time with his wife and children, Michael enjoyed fishing and photography.  He also enjoyed volunteering and serving as Block club president for his neighborhood.

In addition to his wife of 31 year's Michael is survived by his loving children, Michael D. (Jaclyn) Wilson, Jr. and William B. Wilson; siblings, Richard "Rick" (Elaine) Wilson, Daniel Wilson, Barbara (Andy Brooks) Thomas, Charles (Rose) Wilson, Kathryn "Cricket" (William) Lyle and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Michael was predeceased by a sister, Maryann Beach.
