Minnie Pearl Kent-Cunningham, 74, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on May 23, 2021 at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.  Born in Greensville, AL, she was the daughter of the late Willie James Maye and Ida Bell (Kent) Smith.

Minnie came to the Niagara Falls area in the late 1970's.  On January 23, 2004, she married John L. Cunningham in Brooklyn, NY.  Mr. Cunningham predeceased her on February 23, 2021.   Minnie was employed with Opportunities Unlimited and an Aide, and well as a CNA and Home Health Aide with various local firms.  Minnie was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.  She loved cooking, sewing, knitting, watching old Western movies, and listening to Kingdom Hall on her tablet.

Minnie is survived by her children, Antonio Kent, Eric (Yvette) Kent, Beatrice Kent, Joyce Kent, Toni Kent and Billy Sanders; 30 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, several siblings, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son, Sean (Cheryl) Kent.

There will be no prior visitation or services.  In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3200 17 ^th Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14305.  Arrangements by M.J.
