Monica Elaine Caterina, 69, of Niagara Falls, NY died on Tuesday July 16, 2013. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of the late Sabino "Sam" T. and Lebra "Bella" A. (Bagnoli) Caterina.

Monica was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY, attended local schools, and worked at various area jobs over many years. Monica enjoyed ceramics and was an avid reader. She also had a keen interest in art history, and enjoyed painting, especially watercolors. Monica was a devoted sister and aunt who was cherished and will be greatly missed by her family.

Monica is survived by two sisters Elizabeth "Libby" Caterina of Niagara Falls, NY and Susan Hodnik of Haines, AK; two nephews Joshua Marc (Regina) Rioux and Jonah Marc Rioux; her great nieces and great nephews Jonna Jo Camille Rioux, Josiah James Rioux, April Valentine, Jaden Rioux and Olivia Stankovich; her special Aunt Emma Toole of Lewisburg, PA and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

There will be no prior visitation. Private funeral services at the convenience of the family will be held at a later date. If desired memorial donations may be made to N.F.
