On Saturday, February 1, 2014, Morgan C. Brooks of Niagara, New York entered into eternal rest. A service and burial were held at Morgan's home town of Madison, Connecticut - where loving family, relatives and friends witnessed, as she was laid to rest at West Cemetery in Madison, CT on Saturday, February 8, 2014.
Morgan was born on May 13, 1976 in Manama, Bahrain to Glen Z. Brooks of Sands Point, New York and Ruth H. Brooks of Guilford, Connecticut. She graduated from Daniel Hand High School in Madison in 1994 and from Tulane University in 1998. She earned her master's and doctoral degrees in Counseling from New Orleans University in 2002. Morgan was an assistant and then associate professor of Mental Health Counseling at Niagara University.
Besides her parents, Morgan leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Thomas F. Proctor, IV and her three daughters, Carys, Sadie and Gianna; her brother, Dylan - Her brother, Guy and sister, Erin and their mother, Lisa Canas; her sisters, Laura and Julie, and their mother, Emily (Brooks); and many friends whom she dearly treasured.
The memorial service for Morgan C. Brooks will be held on Tuesday, February 18 at 4:30pm in Alumni Chapel at Niagara University.
