Mother Ruby Pearl Bumpas, 89, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away at her residence on November 8, 2021.  Born in Brantley, AL, she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Rosie Bell (Upton) Daniels.

Mother Bumpas came to the Niagara Falls Area in the 1950s.  She was employed for over 30 years in Housekeeping at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center until her retirement.  She later worked for the Sheraton Hotel in Niagara Falls in Housekeeping.   Mother Bumpas was a member of the Full Gospel Deliverance Center.  She enjoyed baking, watching soap operas, gardening and shopping at Wal Mart.  She loved cooking, and her favorite dish was collard greens.  Above all, she cherished the time spent with her family.

Mother Bumpas is survived by her sister Mother Lottie Daniels, son Willie J. Daniels, step-daughter, Brandy Bumpas, her Special Cousin Albert Tyson; grandchildren Robbie Johnson, Summer Shine, and Tekeisha Daniels; 9 great-grandchildren, Davon Johnson, Nijah Perry, Ra'jah Johnson, Adonis Mayes, Chianti Agurs, Robbie Johnson Jr, Summer Johnson, Joseph Johnson, Enriko Goldsmith; 2 great-great grandchild Na'mariah Lucus, and Moses Johnson; as well as a host of loving nieces, nephews and cousins both locally and in Alabama.  She was predeceased by her brothers Willie-Fred, Houston, Charles, Joe, Billy, and Judge Daniels; and her sisters Lizzie Wilkerson, Nealie Brundige, Annie Rodgers, Ethel Washington and Helen Daniels .

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 18th, 2021 from 11 AM to 12 PM at New Jerusalem Life Church, 2723 20th Street, Niagara Falls, NY, 14305, where funeral services will begin at 12 PM.  Interment in Spring Hill Cemetery, Dozier, AL will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 1 PM at Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church 3103 Leon Tower Road Dozier, Alabama 36028.
