Muriel E. (Camano) Coram, 89, longtime resident of Niagara Falls, and former resident of West Palm Beach, Florida, died Wednesday, February 8th, 2017 at her daughter's home in North Canton, Ohio. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late Alex and Muriel Camano. She married Walter "Harry" H. Coram on April 24, 1948 and was later predeceased by him on June 24, 2007.
Muriel was retired from M&T Bank and was a snowbird splitting her time between Niagara Falls and Florida. In 2008 she made her home in West Palm Beach, Florida, until 2016 when she moved to be with her son in Illinois and daughter in Ohio. Muriel loved playing cards, dancing and vacationing. She also loved spending time with friends, family and her loving grandchildren.
Muriel is survived by her two children, Terry (Carol) Coram of Chicago, IL and Diane (Jim) Morreale of North Canton, Ohio; her twin sister Annie (Joseph) Plumeri of Oakland Park, FL; five grandchildren, Christina, Shawn and Brian (Kelly) Morreale, Jennifer (Danny) Morris and Beth (Steve) Zonta; three great grandchildren, Christopher, William and Anna Lynn. She is also survived by a niece and several nephews. She will be sadly missed by many dear relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 11th from 9 – 11 A.M. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, where funeral services will follow at 11 A.M. Interment in Memorial Park Cemetery.
