Nakari Ryan Parmer was called home to be with the Lord on November 27, 2021.

Born October 21, 1998 in Niagara Falls, NY. He was the son of Shanika Jones and Michael Parmer. Nakari attended Niagara Falls High School where he graduated in 2017. Nakari better known as Karro to his friends and Kari to his family, loved playing basketball, bowling, video games, music, and dancing as he was very light on his feet. He also loved watching WWE and Naruto, who was his favorite character.

Nakari was employed by Delaware North for nine years where he became a manager. Nakari was often the joy of the party with his big smile when surrounded by family and friends. He was a loving and kindhearted person who was always willing to help anyone in need. Nakari was a great big brother who did any and everything for his brother Drew and sister ReRe.

Preceding him in death were his great grandparents Mary V. Jones, Albert Stallworth, Essie Parmer and grandfather Rodney Parmer. Those left to cherish his fond memories, grieve his passing, and celebrate his home going are his loving parents Shanika Jones and Michael Parmer, devoted grandparents Vance and Tanya Adamson and Charlene Hill, great grandparents Charlie and Mahalia Adamson and Annie Mae Hill, one brother Andrew Payton III, one sister Re'Janae Smith and a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins.

The family will be celebrating Nakari's homegoing on Saturday December 4, 2021 at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road Niagara Falls, New York 14304. Visitation will be held from 11 AM - 1 PM, followed by the Funeral Service at 1 PM.
