Naomi Bax, 88, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on March 3, 2021, at her residence. Born in Norristown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Catherine Onstott and Collin Smith; and the beloved wife of 52 years to the late Samuel A. Bax.

Naomi moved to Niagara Falls as a child with her family. She served as a waitress at several local establishments for many years. She was an avid worldwide traveler and especially enjoyed spending time with her loving family.

Mrs. Bax is survived by her sons, Samuel (Suzy), Robert (Mary Lynn) and David (Leslie); grandchildren, Brant (Robyn) Serpa, Dominic and Kara Bax, Ciara (Blake) Taylor and Tyler Bax; her great-grandson, Chase Serpa; and her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Virginia Miller, Ernest Hall, Harold Hall, Charles Hall and Leonard Smith.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Naomi's homecare nursing aides, Maria, Lynne, and Kara, and the staff of Niagara Hospice, especially Christine, Kim and Stacy for the compassion and care.
