Netta M. (Cipolla) Colosi, 94 of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on April 17, 2018 at Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence.  Born March 24, 1924 in Wyoming, PA, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore Cipolla and Josephine (Bevilacqua) Cipolla- Bruccoleri, and step-daughter of the late, Joseph Bruccoleri.

Netta moved to the Niagara Falls area in 1939 with her family and attended local schools.  On June 11, 1946, she married Mario S. Colosi at St. Joseph's Church.  Mr. Colosi predeceased her on September 6, 2003.  Netta worked as a store clerk for various department stores on Old Falls Street in Niagara Falls, which included, Lincoln's, Neisner's and Penny's.  She also worked as a hairdresser at Bier's Department Store, and later went on to work in the food service department of Niagara Falls High School until her retirement in 1979.  Netta was a member of the ISDA Volare Lodge, Mt. Carmel Church and St. Stanislaus Church Senior Club's as well as the John Duke Center Socialites Club.  Netta was a fabulous cook and in her leisure, time enjoyed crafts, crocheting and playing cards.

Mrs. Colosi is survived by her two children, Bob (Pat) Colosi of Sanborn, NY, Jo Ann (Al) Bulgreen of Newark, DE, three grandchildren, Richard Bulgreen, Theresa (Rose) Colosi- Marcantonio and Katie (Tarl) Vaillancourt, one great-grandchild, Hayden Colosi-Marcantonio, two sisters, Gerri (Phil) DiRe and Antoinette (late Leonard) Custode, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was also predeceased by three brothers, James (late Mary) Chipolla, Emanuel (late Gloria) Bruccoleri, Michael (late Sylvia) Bruccoleri and two sisters, Ida (late Joseph) DelGrosso, Mary (late John) Daddario.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 4-8 p.m. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY, where funeral services will begin on Saturday April 21 ^st at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph's Church 1413 Pine Ave. Niagara Falls, NY.  Entombment in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
