Nick J. Sesto, 97, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on October 26, 2022 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY.  Born in Emporium, PA, he was the son of the late Anthony Sesto and the late Maria (Retrovatta) Sesto Malvestuto Ungaro.

Nick proudly served in the United States Army in Europe in 1944 during World War II until his honorable discharge.  In 1945, he married Josephine L. (Conny) Sesto.  Mrs. Sesto predeceased him on April 10, 2006.  He was employed as a Millwright with Kimberly Clark / Nitec Corporation.  Nick was a devout Christian.  He was a member of the American Legion #381.  Nick enjoyed attending live outdoor concerts, and was a talented carpenter, a skill he passed down to the next generations of his family.  He also enjoyed canning vegetables with his family and wife.  Above all, Nick was well loved by many.

Nick is survived by his children, Carol (Cimino) Bush, Mary Jane Sesto, and Nicki (John) Pellegrino; his grandchildren, Joni Cimino, Jennifer Sesto, Krista Sesto, Sean Sesto, Shana Sesto, Gabby Sesto, Jacob Sesto, Anthony Tweed Cimino, John Pellegrino, Karen Dennis, and Andy Pellegrino, as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to his wife of 61 years, he was predeceased by his son, late Anthony (Marsha Malizie) Sesto, his grandson, Nick Cimino, and 10 siblings.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 1 from 4 – 8 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM.  Entombment with Military Honors in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
