Noel A. Rebello, 77, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on December 18, 2020 at his residence. Born in Jamshedpur, India, he was the son of the late Gerry and Louisa (Saldanha) Rebello.

Noel attended the Indian Institute of Technology, India receiving a Chemical Engineering Degree in 1965.  He came to the United States in 1966 where he graduated from Pittsburgh University and earned a Master's Degree of Business Administration in 1968.   In August of 1968 Noel moved to Niagara Falls.  He was employed at the former Hooker Chemical Corporation later Occidental Chemical Corp. as a Manager in the Finance Department from 1968-1991 and then in Analysis and Planning from 1991 until his retirement in 2008.  Noel enjoyed traveling, fishing, playing golf, Off Track Betting and reading at the Niagara Falls Library.

Noel is survived by his siblings, Doreen (Remy) Pai, Kenneth Rebello and Evelyn (Francis) Matthew, his niece, Kavita and his nephew Raj all of India.
