Norine C. (Silvaggi) Gregg, 84, passed away on February 26, 2018 at Elderwood of Lockport.  Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Lucy (Pirolli) Silvaggi. Norine attended local schools, graduated from Niagara Falls High School and Bryant Stratton Business College. Norine owned Mickey's Deli in Niagara Falls, and was a former Supervisor for the Niagara County Department of Social Services retiring in 2004. Norine was a member of St George 's Catholic Church in Niagara Falls.  She loved to travel, especially taking several trips to Las Vegas. Norine was also an accomplished Tae Kwon Do Black Belt, but most of all, cherished her  grandchildren .

Norine is survived by her son, Michael "Mickey" (Mary) Gregg, of Mesa, AZ, her three grandchildren, Amie, Ashley and Ryan Gregg, two great-grandchildren, Cyrus and Donnie, and one brother Anthony (late Anna) Silvaggi, Jr.  She was also predeceased by a brother, Louis (Marjorie) Silvaggi.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, March 3rd from 10 to 11 AM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL,  2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where a funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. Entombment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorial offerings in Norine's memory may be sent to research for Dementia or Alzheimer's Association.
