Norma E. (Daveggia) Ciccarelli, 85, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Friday, February 7, 2014 at N.F. Memorial Medical Center. Born in Trieste, Italy she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Natalina (Giommi) Daveggia.

Norma was educated in Italy and in 1951 she married Patsy Ciccarelli in Trieste, Italy. Following her marriage she and her husband came to the United States and settled in Niagara Falls, NY where she lived until the present time. Mr. Ciccarelli predeceased her on June 23, 2010. Norma was employed as a film developer locally and later she worked for ten years in the Produce Department at the former Jubilee Market in Niagara Falls. She was a member of the I.S.D.A. (Italian Sons and Daughters of America) Volare Lodge in Niagara Falls. Norma enjoyed bowling, going to the Casino and playing card games. But her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Mrs. Ciccarelli is survived by three children Patricia (Bart) DeRosa, Cynthia Ciccarelli and Patrick (Barrie) Ciccarelli all of Niagara Falls, NY and was predeceased by an infant daughter Betty Marie Ciccarelli. She is also survived by four grandchildren Bart DeRosa, Breanna Ciccarelli, Kristi Ciccarelli and Patrick Ciccarelli, one great grandson David, one sister Giordana (Fabio) Brusini and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one brother Giordano Daveggia.

Family and friends are invited to attend a committal prayer service, Saturday, March 8th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Robert Stolinski officiating.
