Norman A. Martelli, Sr., 82, of Lewiston, NY passed away on November 26, 2022. Born in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of the late Raymond and Mary Martelli.

Norman attended local schools and graduated from Trott Vocational High School.  He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, serving from 1958 until his honorable discharge in 1962.  On August 29, 1964 he married his beloved wife the former Geraldine (Cimino) Martelli.

Norman worked with National Fuel Gas as a meter reader and line installer for 26 years until his retirement in 1996.  Norman was active in the community and was a Life Member of the Knights of Columbus Council #247, volunteering his time working bingo, and also at the Niagara Assembly, where he served as the Faithful Navigator. He was also an umpire for the Whirlpool Little League.  Norman also enjoyed bowling, golf, playing bingo and tending to his flower garden.

In addition to his wife of 58 years, Norman survived by his children, Norman A. Martelli, II and Janel Martelli.  He is also survived by his niece Sue Lynch and nephew Thomas Lynch.  He was the brother of the late Raymond Martelli.
