Patricia (Cichelli) Evarts, 74, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away Friday December 26, 2014 at Mt. St. Mary Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she was the daughter of Evelyn (Cuervo) Cichelli-Ensminger of Niagara Falls, NY and the late Louis Cichelli.

Patricia attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. On September 10, 1960 she married Arthur Evarts in St. Joseph Church in Niagara Falls, NY. Patricia worked as a clerk at Elias Grocery, Trincanati Appliances, and Jupiter Department Store, all in Niagara Falls, NY. She also worked as a window dresser at Beir's Department Store in Niagara Falls, NY. When her daughter was young, Pat was active member of the Parent Teacher Association. She also enjoyed crafts, playing bingo and visiting the casino. Patricia was also a long-time member of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America (ISDA) #269 Volare Lodge in Niagara Falls, NY. Most importantly, Patricia was devoted to the care of her loving family.

In addition to her mother, and husband of fifty-four years, she is survived by a daughter, Christina (James) Moses of Niagara Falls, NY; three grandchildren, Julie, James, and Anthony; two sisters, Mary Lou (Frank) Paonessa of Niagara Falls, NY and Joyce Moore of Houston, TX; an aunt, uncle, and many nieces and nephews. Patricia was predeceased by her niece, Tammy Paonessa Conway.

Visitation will be Monday 4 – 7 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Rd. Niagara Falls, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday December 30th at 10:00 AM at Holy Family of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph Parish at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Ave. Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Duane Klizek officiating EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Entombment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
