Patricia LaDouceur, 67, passed away peacefully at her home in Seattle, Washington on Sunday, January 20, 2019. Born in Niagara Falls, NY she is the daughter of Yolanda LaDouceur, who still lives locally and the late Paul J. LaDouceur, whom passed away in 2008.

Patricia graduated from LaSalle Sr. High School and went on to get a Secretarial degree from Bryant and Stratton College. She worked at various companies in Niagara Falls in the 1970s before ending up as an executive Secretary for Occidental Petroleum. She later left Western New York and went on to live and work in San Francisco California, Miami Florida, Wheatridge Colorado, and Park City Utah before settling down in Seattle, Washington in 1992. She last worked there for the Family Resource Home Care agency linking caregivers to patients in need before retiring in 2017. In her later years, she focused on oil painting and family members and friends have framed pieces of her best work that they will cherish.

She is survived by; her mother Yolanda, brother Paul (David), nieces Jessica (Danny) and Natalie (Jake), a great niece Lyla Carmella, and numerous cousins; her brother Wayne (Sheri) recently passed away in March. A joint memorial service in Wayne and his sister Patricia's honor will be held on April 27, 2019 at 10 A.M. Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14301.
