Patricia (LeSacchi) Micale, 88, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY, and Stoneham, MA, and most recently Charleston, SC passed away peacefully on August 10, 2026, at Indigo Hall Assisted Living under the compassionate care of Crescent Hospice. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Adeline (Ruffolo) LeSacchi.

Patricia graduated from Niagara Falls High School. On November 12, 1955, she married her beloved husband, Frank J. Micale, at St. Joseph’s Church. Their marriage became the heart of a family defined by devotion, togetherness, and love. Patricia and Frank moved their family to Stoneham, MA in 1975, where she worked for over twenty years at Brooks Precision before retiring.

Family was Patricia’s world. She cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great‑grandchildren. Patricia had a great passion and a sharp mind for puzzles, solving the Boston Globe crossword every day - a lifelong love she joyfully passed down to her children and grandchildren which is something that will leave a lasting memory in their hearts. An avid reader of mystery and spy thrillers, she also delighted in playing card games and gathering her family close. Her happiest moments were spent creating cherished memories with her loved ones, especially during family dinners, holidays and trips to Maine. To her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren she leaves behind a rich legacy of love and happy memories.

Patricia’s passing came just 45 days after her husband Frank, a loss felt far too soon, yet bringing her family comfort in knowing they are together again.

Patricia is survived by her children, Barbara (Jose) Martinez Jr., Carol (Timothy) Culp, Lisa (Charlie) Giuffrida, Joanne (Cliff Phippen) Micale, and Joseph (Eileen) Micale; her loving grandchildren, Joseph Martinez, Matthew (Madeline) Martinez, Kara (Peter) Spain, Michael (Stephanie) McSheehy, Maria McSheehy, Daniel (Alexis) Stemke, Amelia (Andrew) Farrell, Katie Micale, Morgan Kerins, Owen Kerins, Taylor Kerins; her cherished great‑grandchildren, Maeve McSheehy, Nora McSheehy, Emryn McSheehy, Mason Spain, Sophia Spain, Olivia Martinez, Eloise Martinez, and her sister‑in‑law, Jennie (late Jack) Conti, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

In addition to her husband and parents, Patricia was predeceased by her sister, Nina (late Dominic) Spacone, and her in‑laws, Joseph and Josephine (DiNoto) Micale.

Visitation will be held Friday, August 21, from 10–11 AM at M.J. Colucci & Son Niagara Funeral Chapel, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin at 11 AM. Entombment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National MPS Society (mpssociety.org).
