Patterson "Pat" G. Smith, 47, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away Thursday December 22, 2011 at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, TX. Born in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of the late Paul H. and Wanda M. (Tweed) Smith, Sr.

Pat attended local schools and graduated from Niagara-Wheatfield High School. He was originally a bartender and later became co-owner of the Baker Street Café in Niagara Falls, NY, from 1980 until 1997. For the past seven years, he worked as a dealer at the Seneca-Niagara Casino in Niagara Falls, NY. An avid Yankees fan, Pat was also a volleyball enthusiast and in his younger years enjoyed bowling. He also liked to cook and garden, but most importantly, Pat enjoyed spending time with his family.

Pat is survived by three brothers and one sister: Paul (Geraldine) Smith, Brenda (LaMont) Baptiste both of Niagara Falls, NY, Terry (Lynn) Smith of Tonawanda, NY, and Steve Smith of Niagara Falls, NY; his best friend John Cole; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be on Monday 7 – 9 PM and Tuesday 2 – 4 & 7 – 9PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY RD. NIAGARA FALLS, NY . Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday December 28th at St. Vincent de Paul Parish at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Rd. Niagara Falls, NY. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH.
