Pearl Penzotti, 98, of Youngstown, NY passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at Schoellkopf Health Care Facility. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Emilio and Mary (Maule) Sannicola; and beloved wife of the late R. Rick Penzotti who she married on September 4, 1950 in St. Joseph's Church.

Pearl was raised in Niagara Falls and was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School. She was a devout Catholic and longtime parishioner of St. Joseph's Church where she volunteered on Monday mornings. She was also a former CCD teacher and officer of the elementary school's Mothers Club.

An avid golfer well into her 90s, Pearl belonged to the Niagara Frontier Country Club for over 40 years and was a proud member of their Hole in One Club. She took part in in several leagues throughout the club alongside her husband for many years.

Pearl was an excellent cook and baker. She enjoyed decorating for the holidays and also took great pride in her tatting craft. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her family who will miss her dearly.

Mrs. Penzotti is survived by her children, Karen Jo (Frank) Cantie, Joanne (Joseph) Krolewski, Geraldine (Paul) Smith, Marybeth (late David) Boehm and Lisa Balschunat; her grandchildren, Richard (Marissa), Daniel (Annie), Josiah (Kylie), Paul, Kristen (Cedar) and Eric; her great-grandchildren, Wendy, Maren, Lucy, Lina, Lyddie, Kinsley and Sawyer, as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by three siblings, Anita Sannicola, Rudolph 'Rudy' Sannicola and Irene (late Mickey) DiFranco; and her son-in-law, Michael McCadden.

Private funeral services and entombment in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY will be held for the family.
