Phyllis J. (Holder) Palillo, 76, of Niagara Falls, NY died on Thursday March 22, 2012 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY. Born in Pampa, TX she was the daughter of the late William B. and Ouida Holder.

Phyllis was educated in Wichita Falls, Texas. After moving to New York, she worked as a bookkeeper at Huntley's Manufacturing in Brocton, NY from 1966 until 1983 and later came to Niagara Falls, NY where she lived until the present time. She enjoyed cooking and in her leisure time playing cards and bowling. Phyllis had a close relationship with her brother and sister and loved attending family reunions. But her greatest pleasure was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Phyllis is survived by her husband of fifty seven years, John Palillo, three children, John (Margaret) Palillo Jr. of Oakfield, NY; Paul Palillo and Paula Palillo of Niagara Falls, NY; eight grandchildren Liza, Anthony, Mary Catherine, Patricia, Rosemary, Christina, Theresa and Anna; three great- grandchildren Sophia and McKenna Hughes and Arthur Palillo; one sister Sally (Samuel) Walter of Georgia; one brother Ronald M. (Coletta) Holder of Illinois and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be on Sunday from 3 – 7 p.m. at the M.J.COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Monday March 26th in Grace Lutheran Church, 736 Cayuga Drive, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Chris Agne officiating. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.
