Rayola Kinney, 94 of Wheatfield, NY passed away on November 10, 2018 at Safire Rehabilitation of Northtowns.  Born March 5, 1924 in Odin, PA she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Luella Hackett.

Rayola was raised and educated in Pennsylvania and worked at a bomb making factory in New Jersey during World War II.  She moved to the Niagara Falls area in 1946, and on December 5, 1947 married Adin W. Kinney.  Rayola worked at the Buffalo State Hospital and afterwards as sales representative for Avon Cosmetics.  She served as past president of the Riverside Block Club and was an active volunteer for the Riverside Food Pantry.  In her leisure time Rayola enjoyed ballroom dancing and traveling.

Rayola was the beloved mother of Carol Ann (Anthony P.) LoRusso and late Nancy R. Ditzler, cherished grandmother of, Jacqueline (Brian) Duchscherer, Robert (Terri) Ditzler, late Richard Lee Ditzler, Kelly A. (Dennis) Ackerson, Jenine Ditzler and Jamie Jon (Tony) Ditzler.   She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, a half-sister, and several nieces and nephews.  She was also predeceased by 3 brothers.

Visitation will be on Monday from 4-8 p.m. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will be held on Tuesday November 13 ^th at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Elmlawn Cemetery at the convenience of the family.  If desired, memorial offerings may be made to Roswell Park PO Box 631 Buffalo, NY 14240 or Niagara Hospice 4675 Sunset Drive Lockport, NY 14094.
