Richard H. "Chip" Miljour, 27, of Sanborn, NY passed away Saturday March 20, 2010. Born in Lewiston, NY, he was the son of Jack A. (NFPD) and Arlene M. (Cram) Miljour of Sanborn, NY.

Chip graduated from Niagara Catholic High School in Niagara Falls, NY and was currently continuing his education at Niagara County Community College. A gifted dancer and natural entertainer, he enjoyed making his family and friends laugh, and will be remembered for his outgoing personality. Richard also enjoyed movies, music, cutting hair, computers, and his pets. He also enjoyed outdoor activities such as fishing, four wheeling, sledding and skating. Most importantly, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Richard is survived by his two brothers Jack M. (Cheryl) Miljour of Tonawanda, NY and Robert R. Miljour of Sanborn, NY; his maternal grandmother Margaret (late Hamilton "Ted") Cram of Grand Island, NY; his paternal grandmother Rita (late Andre, Sr.) Miljour of Niagara Falls, NY; his uncle Andre Miljour, Jr. of Niagara Falls, NY; his niece Sienna, many cousins and many great aunts and great uncles in Quebec. He was the nephew of the late Barbara (Michael of Lewiston, NY) Bergey and the late Dennis Miljour.

Friends may call Wednesday from 4 – 7 p.m. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL 2730 MILITARY RD. NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will begin Thursday March 25th at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Parish at Prince of Peace Church, 1055 N. Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. Robert Hughson, officiating. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.
