Richard 'Ricky' T. Grace, 53, of Buffalo, NY, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY passed away surrounded by his loving family after a brief illness on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of William G. and Mary Lou (Holmes) Grace of Niagara Falls, NY.


Ricky attended local schools and graduated from the former LaSalle Senior High School in 1979. He was a member of Teamsters Local 264 in Cheektowaga, NY and worked as a driver for Certo Brothers Distributing Company in West Seneca, NY. Ricky grew up loving baseball which he played and later coached. He also enjoyed watching professional sports and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates, Dallas Cowboys and Boston Bruins.


In addition to his parents, Richard is survived by one son Richard 'Ricky' A. (Samantha DiLaura) Grace of Niagara Falls, NY; one granddaughter Mya Isabella Grace, one brother William M. (Linda S.) Grace of Niagara Falls, NY; two sisters Mary Lynn (Robert) Bax and Diane M. (John) Sisler both of Niagara Falls, NY and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.


Visitation will be on Thursday from 4 – 8 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday December 5th at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent De Paul at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
