Robby Lee Ellnor, 41, of the Town of Niagara, NY died on Monday May 25, 2009 at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Born in Newfane, NY he was the son of Sylvia (Thiemke) Foley of Mesa, AZ and the late Martin Ellnor and step son of Frank Foley.

Rob graduated from Barker High School and lived in the Lockport area until moving to Niagara Falls in December 1998 where he lived until the present time. He was employed by The Landscaping Expert in Niagara Falls. Rob enjoyed working outdoors and fishing, but most of all he liked spending time with his family.

In addition to his mother and step father, Rob is survived by three children; Dustin Ellnor of Lockport, NY; Brandi Ellnor and Matthew Ellnor both of the Town of Niagara, his loving companion Danica J. Futch of the Town of Niagara, her children Jennifer (Brian) Emel, Scott Criswell and Stacy Criswell, and her grandchildren Adrien, Lilly and Brea Emel, his grandmother Dorothy (late Robert) Ellnor of Appleton, NY; one sister Lori (Donald) Niethe of Newfane, NY; one brother Kenneth Ellnor of Appleton, NY and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends may call on Thursday May 28th from 7 – 8:30 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will follow at 8:30 p.m. with Rev. Ronald Maines officiating. Private interment will be held in Oakwood Cemetery Niagara Falls, NY.
