Robert W. "Bob" Reed, 85, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 10, 2022. Born in Niagara Falls, he was the son of the late Carl and Louisa (Sumner) Reed; and the beloved husband of Nadine (Haick) Reed, who he married on October 20, 1990.

Bob was raised in Niagara Falls where he attended local schools and graduated from high school. He obtained his HVAC/R certification from vocational school in Pennsylvania and operated Electric Refrigeration for many years with his father, Carl.  Later he and Nadine moved to North Carolina, where he worked at Embassy Suites for 24 years.

Bob enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid fisherman. He also loved flying RV Aircrafts and was one of the founders of "Sunday Flyers" at Reservoir Park.  Above all, Mr. Reed enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his fur babies, Zuzu and Rizzo.

In addition to his wife of 31 years, Bob is survived by his children, Teresa (Robert) Galley, Susan (Bernie) Quarantello, Amanda (James) Reed-Tompkins, Donald (Sammie-Jo) McCoy and Rebecca (Scott Garbutt) McCoy; his grandchildren, Carl, Heather, Robert, Jasper, Lexi, Donny, Lexi, Josh, Victoria, Ashley and Scotty; his great-grandchildren, Amelia, Aria, Conner and Bella; two siblings, Cornel (Susan) Reed and Patricia (David) Rist, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be on Monday, March 14 from 11 – 1 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will be held at 1 PM. Interment will follow in Riverdale Cemetery. Memorial offerings may be made to St. George Orthodox Church, 1073 Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara Falls, NY 14305.
