Robert Anthony Montie, Sr., 71, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2020 at Our Lady of Peace Nursing Home in Lewiston, NY.  He was the beloved husband of 51 years to Donna (Fuller) Montie.  Together they have 2 sons, Joseph (Gina) Montie, and Robert (Jennifer) Montie.  He was the brother of Gary Montie and Beatrice (John) Curri.

Bob was born in Niagara Falls and was the son of the late Joseph and Marjorie (Bush) Montie.  Bob attended local schools and was a carpenter for many years.  He had a love of trains, signing karaoke, eating chicken wings, and swimming and spending time with his 5 grandchildren; Tiffany, Hannah, Olivia, Alexa, and Isabella, and 3 great grandchildren; Lily, Emma, and Christian.  Bob loved to use the word "COOL".  He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Bob was predeceased by his grandson Anthony Montie, and his sister, Shirley Montie.  The family would like to thank the staff of 3 West at Our Lady of Peace for taking such great care of Bob.
