Robin Shariene (Pavlisin) Pangrac, 40, of Niagara Falls, NY entered into rest suddenly at home on Thursday May 27, 2010. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on September 1, 1969 she was the daughter of Robert and Phyllis (Alsabrook) Pavlisin, Sr. of Niagara Falls, NY.
Robin, a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY, attended local schools and graduated from the former Trott Vocational High School in 1987. She was enrolled in the Practical Nursing Program and worked for several agencies in the Niagara and Erie counties area. Robin also attended the Niagara County Community College Culinary Arts Program in Sanborn. Robin loved cooking for her family and friends. She and her fiancé, Greg Hickin, especially loved attending concerts and NASCAR races.
In addition to her fiancé and parents, Robin is survived by one brother Robert (Helen) Pavlisin of Lockport, NY; two sisters Sharon (Nick) Desso and Shannon Pavlisin both of Niagara Falls, NY; four nephews Devin, David and Dilen Desso and Salvatore DiGregorio; three nieces Alie, Karissa and Amber Pavlisin; step nephew Donald Monagan, Jr. and her future mother-in-law Marilyn Hickin. She was predeceased into rest by her maternal grandparents Oleeta and Harry Miller and Bascom Alsabrook, paternal grandparents Andy and Ruth Pavlisin, and her nephew Darin Desso. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Robin was loved by the many lifelong friends in her life. An avid baker and a beautiful soul, Robin will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
